Perfect for small groups—includes 2 beds (1 King, 1 Full), 3 TV’s (1 gaming tv), putt putt golf in the loft space, and much more! 2nd “Bedroom” is in loft area ladder required!
Note: Stairs are required. 20 mins to DTW, less than 5 min. from downtown, less than 10 min. from all sports arenas and fields. This property offers a lot of charm and is best suited for those looking for CHARM OVER PERFECTION! Ring camera located on the outside of the unit door. Guests will be recorded coming in and out of the unit. Guests must provide proof of ID before being allowed to check in. Guests who are caught trying to throw parties or gatherings without the owners permission will be removed from the property without warning! No smoking allowed ($500) cleaning fee.
